Are Toolando's tools free?
Most tools are fully free and available without creating an account. Some more advanced features and higher limits are available in the premium variant, which supports maintaining and developing the service.
How do free tools differ from premium?
Free tools cover everyday, most common tasks and are open to everyone. Premium offers more advanced features and larger files or limits. The file security principle is the same in both variants.
Are my files safe?
Yes. Uploaded files are used solely to perform the conversion and are not stored by me. Some operations run locally in the browser, and if a file goes to the server, it is processed only for the duration of the task and then deleted.
Does Toolando store the files I upload?
No. I do not save your files after the operation is complete and I do not use them for any other purpose.
How do you protect my privacy?
I process only technical and statistical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, system, site traffic), in line with the GDPR. You'll find the details in the Privacy Policy. You don't need to provide personal data to use the free tools.
Do I have to create an account to use the tools?
No. The free tools work without an account. An account may only be needed for premium features.
Are there ads on the site?
Yes, the service may display Google AdSense ads, which help keep the free tools available to everyone.
How do the online tools work?
You open a tool in your browser, choose a file or enter data, and get the result right away — with nothing to install. I've described more details on the “How it works?” page.
