How the tools in Toolando work
Toolando.tech is a set of online tools you run right in your browser — with nothing to install. Below I explain how file processing works, how I take care of security, and how free tools differ from premium.
Tools that run in the browser
You open a tool, choose a file or enter data, and you get the result right on the page. You don't need an account to use the free tools, and you don't need to install anything on your computer.
How files are processed
Depending on the type of tool, files are processed in two ways:
- Locally in the browser — some operations run directly on your device, and the file never leaves your computer at all.
- Temporarily on the server — when a tool needs more computing power, the file is processed on the server only for the duration of the conversion, and then deleted.
In none of these cases do I store your files or use them for any other purpose.
Security
Security and privacy are a priority for me. The connection to the site is encrypted, and files are used solely to perform the task you request.

- you don't need to provide personal data to use the free tools.
Free tools vs premium
Toolando offers tools in two variants, but the security principle is the same in both.
- Free — available to everyone, without an account. Perfect for everyday, quick tasks.
- Premium — more advanced features and higher limits or larger files. Premium supports server maintenance and the development of new tools.
